What is the eGenomics Catalogue?
The eGenomics Catalogue was initiated by H3ABioNet and is maintained by volunteers from across the globe. It provides a curated collection of free online genomics and bioinformatics educational resources, together with community-based reviews.
The catalogue includes Courses, MOOCs, Playlists, and Lectures/Webinars. Playlists are curated collections of learning resources arranged in a recommended sequence, providing a structured learning pathway for topics that are designed to be completed module by module.
All resources are categorized according to genomics and bioinformatics topics using the EDAM ontology, making it easier to discover relevant learning materials. After completing a course, playlist, MOOC, or webinar, users are encouraged to share their experiences by submitting a review.
